I came to have my winter tires changed, they charged me more than $200, while I paid $160 last time at different location. They should have told the customers about the price difference. With more than $200, I should have brought tires in Lexus dealership to change. I was surprised !!! read more

Great service particularly from Esmail the Service Manager who's very efficient, friendly and professional and always goes the extra mile.

This Canadian Tire is just like the Canadian Tires you remember when you were a kid... cramped shelves full of everything you could possibly need and middle-aged employees with 80s hairdos. I came in here because the Home Depot had only one type and size of weatherstripping window film in stock. Canadian Tire had close to 15! For a good price, too! Every employee I asked seemed to know where everything was, and were able to help me quite nicely. It was an oddly simple shopping experience, a big change from the frustration of huge box stores (the newer Canadian Tires included). I'm hoping this branch survives the big-boxification of the hardware store industry. read more

Scammers! two things i have issues with. : -they do not care for your time. came in and was told there is no one ahead of me and no wait. they said 1 hr to do inspection. i got my car 3 hrs later!! waiting at the damn store wasting my time. they take their sweet time. -second they said my break needed to be changed and tried to haggle me for $240 to fix it. i went to someone else cause i dont trust these people and for good reason. they said my breaks are fine but i replaced them either way cause i already spend money on the safety. it cost me half the price btw. Not really impressed with the service at this Canadian Tire. Bought 2 items, a weight scale and a Honeywell Fan. The Honeywell Fan packaging looked almost like it had been repackaged and surprise, when I got it home the bottom stand was missing (still need to return it). Secondly, the cashier told me they didn't have a large enough plastic bag to cover a basic weight scale (WTF?) - a normal grocery bag would have covered it and there was a huge storm to boot. A $20 dollar taxi ride later to beat out the rain and another trip to Canadian Tire is needed. Well once I return the fan, I won't return again. Gave them a chance but Home Depot at Wilson station is actually much closer to my home. read more

Stay away from the bikes in this shop! I bough a bike on sale from 600 to 300. On the way home I realized the brakes were not working well and the chain kept coming off. I went back and they said they cant replace it, but if I left it there, the bike tachnician would take a look. I left the bike there for 4 days before the technician had a look. He couldn't fix it so they replaced it. The second bike started making squicky noises from the shocks. 2 days after I got it, I took it back. This time I left it there for a week. Technician again couldn't fix it, so they again replaced it. This time there was a rattling noise from inside the frame. The technician was there when I brought it in, so I was told it would be fixed in 2 to 3 hours. 5 hours later I called the store to find out if it was fixed and they said it was, but they forgot to call me. I went to pick up the bike, and found it was in the exact same condition I had left it. I went and personally spoke to the technician, who again had no idea how to fix it, and instead told me "they all have that noise". They again replaced the bike. I checked it as well as I could in the store, and when I felt satisfied I took it out. On the way home while riding the bike, the front brake just stopped working. The cable went limp. The bike had disk brakes, and due to bad assembly the brake had slipped. I immediately took it back and demanded my money back. After a long fight with the managers and stuff telling me it is their policy to not refund assembled bikes, I was finally able to get my money back. I thought I'd give Canadian Tires another try since they have disappointed me in the past many times... they don't get two star because they didn't have what I wanted. They receive two star for never striving to be better. I purchased an item at Canadian Tires a few years ago it was basically damaged, repaired and repackaged to sell as new. This location doesn't get two stars for that. It received two stars for not improving at all. Don't bother getting a buggy until you're confident that you won't be going to the second level. Who puts buggies in a multi-floored store that does not have an elevator or equivalent. After placing a few items in the buggy I was forced to abandon the buggy since what i was looking for was to be found on the second floor. Once there I realized they did not have what I was looking for. I must say, they lived up to my expectations, the bar was set very low. read more

always have problems with the returns, huge waste of time with the line up (even before covid) this last time the worker refused to fix a payment problem I had, claiming that it could not be done called the manager, she fixed it, but still managed to f. it up and charge me an extra $30 with her mistake not a simple mistake, not acceptable; not going back if I can help it I find other Canadian Tire locations even worse do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot, Costco or Walmart to not waste your time and spoil your mood do yourself read more

Took my car in after it started having power steering issues and they replaced the pump for an outrageous $2,000. Not even 3 months later the power steering goes out again. It was under warenty so we took it in again. They completely fabricated a new issue for why it wasn't working to avoid doing the work for free and wanted another 2 grand for repairs. I ended up selling the car (it wasn't worth the hassle) and the new owner opened up the car and told me that canadian tire had completely screwed up installing the pump and that's why it wasn't working. It's safe to say I will no longer be doing business with them. read more

I will definitely be back to this place! I searched several different places to see how much it would cost to take my heat shield off. Most places were over $100 but Enzo took it off within minutes and charged me pennies. He is a super nice guy and I will definitely take all my car problems back to him. Very impressed! read more
