It seems the initial calculations should be able to be done properly so the quotes can be done properly and the customer doesn't have to pay thousands extra because the technician can't calculate. Colin was very professional and thorough in his quote, and explained the aspects of the job which involved moving the location of our home's electrical panel out of the kitchen, and the need for a new power cable from the electrical service room, and co-ordinating this via BC Hydro as well. Colin started the job in the third week of October, two days earlier than scheduled which was great for us. He and his colleague created a new junction box inside the home, installed the new panel with breakers, and added the new main power cable in the parking garage ceiling. This job was done on time in two days and for the quoted price, which was a bit lower than the other two quotes. But I was most impressed with Colin's attitude, work ethic, and friendliness which made all the difference.
