Yesterday I stopped in to the Merle Hay Mall store, I was greeted promptly and sweetly by several…read moredifferent associates as I passed through the store on my mission! I heard a gal say there were only 6 left of champagne toast, to which I promptly asked for all of them as they are my favorite. We chatted and joked a little as I sniffed at other fragrances on the sale. When I went to the register, the gal who offered to help me was new and my issue was a bit more complex so she handed me off to the gal who I'd been speaking with, Tasha. Tasha explained the complexity of the price adjustments because the online items show you can return or adjust in store, and offered to call customer service to get it fixed. Even though we both knew that could take forever since the online stuff had gone down the day before and this big sale had them super busy. She was patient and kind, and conveyed what the phone gal was saying. I got frustrated, not with Tasha, but they were refusing to do my price adjustment even though I was within the policy. I was getting frustrated. And the store systems weren't pulling up the skews. The gal on the phone wanted to mail me a gift card later but that didn't help with the candles I was going to purchase now. Tasha was amazing, she knew I wasn't frustrated with her personally but she empathized with my frustrations and was super patient. It took her away from all the restocking she was doing too! She got off the phone and figured out a way to re-ring them up so it would fix the issue of the price correction without having to give me cash back so I could use my adjustment that day! She took excellent care of me with patience, kindness and empathy. When I had met her I didn't realize she was the store manager because she was in the grit of it getting those shelves restocked quickly, while still talking to all the customers, but she definitely characterizes what you'd want in a strong management leader, kindness, patience, empathy and creativity to get to a practical RESOLUTION! After my experiences with Tasha and her kind staff I will gladly support that store rather than online any day!

I go here for candles and soap; their 3 wick candles are great and their hand soaps always come in fun scents. My current love is caramel pumpkin swirl, and I'm pretty sure that vanilla snow looking one will be my winter fragrance! There's a short haired girl named Jen that works here, and she is phenomenal. Super knowledgeable about the product, and she is really helpful. I don't give this place 5 stars because having experience working at a tanning salon for several years, I know highly fragranced lotions like theirs aren't friendly to sensitive skin, so I tend to stay away from the lotions; however, their other products are generally pretty good stuff.

I was greeted by the store owners son, who was helping mom run the shop today! I picked up some CBD Hard Candies, (VEGAN) and got to chat with store owner Lacie a minute about CBD health benefits. The hard candies taste great! Very Jolly Ranchery and man I could pop them all day! But they are pricey so, I have to limit myself! I have taken the hard candies one a day now for a few days and I'm feeling great.. Even after a week of little sleep and some stress! I'm digging this!

The couch was delivered with a broken selectronic headrest on the chaise. It took the company a week to replace it. Within a month the armless recliner mechanism broke. We bought the warranty Unfortunately they are only able to come out Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:00. Which is when my husband and I work so they could not fix it. We tried to return it but they told us it was outside the 30 days and wouldn't let us return it . We also asked for a refund for our warranty since we can never use it because we work during normal business hours and we were told we had to contact a different company for that .They agreed to exchange it but brought the wrong piece. So one month later ( having a recliner stuck out open in the middle of our living room) we finally got a working armless recliner. Then 3 months later the armless recliner broke again and we went through the exact same problem and it wasn't replaced for a month because first they tried to send out a service person when we weren't home, then sent out the wrong thing before delivering the right piece. I have spent so much time on the phone and chat with this company and I can honestly say it is one of the worst companies and customer services I have ever experienced in my life. The only good part of the company is the delivery guys who I tried to give credit to but come to find out they are third party and don't even work for Bob's. I will never buy anything from this company and will try to stop anybody I know from buying anything from this company.
