The pricing is unreasonable given the portion size and the excessive amount of ice in each cup. I ordered the avocado/coconut drink, and at first glance, it seemed fine. However, after just a few sips, the drink was gone, leaving nearly **75% of the cup filled with ice**. This was a terrible value and one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a dessert or drink shop. Sugarcane itself is an acquired taste but cane corner has a variety of milk teas and tea drinks available for those who aren't wild about sugarcane. Tried the Pennywort Sugar Cane. Cashier sold us on the Pandan Waffle. Pennywort Sugar Cane - 10/10 I personally love penny wort juice on its own. Again, acquired taste. I also love raw sugar cane but not plain as a juice. My favorite pairing is sugar cane and kumquat. I'll try that next time! Pennywort and Sugar Cane was a great combo. Perfect amount of sweetness from both flavors to my liking. Pandan Waffle - 10/10. The kind cashier did a good job selling us on that pandan waffle! Their batter adds the perfect amount of crunch like an eggo waffle from the toaster. I've never had Sugar Cane Juice until I tried Cane Corner. I was so excited this place opened near my parents house. I asked for their top recs and ordered them all: Kumquat Sugarcane Juice, Pandan Vietnamese Coffee, and a Pandan Waffle. I got my refreshing juice, caffeine from coffee and satisfied my sweet tooth with the pandan waffle. What more can I ask for? Vietnamese coffee sometimes has a hard taste to it when not properly made, but this balanced perfectly with the pandan sweetness on top. The chewiness from the waffle reminds me of mochi (it might be lol) but if you know me, you know I'm a sucker for mochi so already sold on that; and the kumquat juice has its own unique taste to it that I really enjoyed, especially as my first time even trying anything with that fruit. The service was great as well, they were so helpful and sweet for it being my first time. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other juices! Finally got to try this place! I went on the last day of their soft opening where everything was 20% off. Knew I had to take advantage of that but honestly will come back either way! I came here during their soft opening weekend and had such high hopes. I was full of excitement to see a Vietnamese drink joint open in Elk Grove, esp since I have moved to SoCal seeing Elk Grove have more trendy asian places is exciting. The sugarcane tasted watered down and the coffee was a bit acidic (the tiramisu foam did not have a strong enough tiramisu flavor). I just want to preface that I've tried countless cream/foam topped Viet coffees and sugarcane juices in Socal that are really yummy. I try to cut places in Elk Grove some slack because it's not as heavily concentrated with Viet cuisine but even my family who lives in Elk Grove said the sugarcane juice was lacking flavor. I will say though the staff members were super friendly and welcoming which I greatly appreciate! I was really excited to hear that another sugar cane place was opening up closer to where I live. At first, I thought all sugar cane probably tastes the same but boy was I wrong. The sugar cane from cane corner was delicious. I have been here twice in the last week. They also have other drinks like coffee, milk tea, and fruit tea but I don't think I would be able to order something other than sugar cane unless I'm buying multiple drinks. They also have pandan waffles as well which I thought were delicious! It's crispy on the outside and fluffy/chewy on the inside. There are a couple of tables inside for seating but the place is not that big and spacious. The design on the wall is super cute though. Cane Corner took over the space formerly occupied by Mango Crazy (which served refreshing agua frescas in delicious flavor combinations like Sip Fresh in Torrance - make sure to check it out next time you are in SoCal)! Cane Corner has a great variety of sugarcane drinks, coffees, milk teas, and the ever popular, pandan waffle! I will also have to try their mango sago dessert the next time we have a craving for something sweet!) There was enough seating for about 25 people and it was a full house with lines out the door for their soft opening! The line moved at a steady pace and we got our order in about 15 minutes which is not bad considering how crowded it was! I hope they keep the prices $6-$7 so I can buy multiple drinks without feeling too guilty. :-) Really glad to have some more solid sugarcane drink options in the area. Their Thai tea is average, not bad and no better than any other Thai tea I have drank. However, if you don't want ice they will hand you the glass 1/4 empty and if you ask to fill the glass it will cost an extra $1 per glass. They have one size glass for Thai teas. Two glasses of Thai tea with boba and no ice was $15.00 as we wanted a full glass. I'm a former caterer and I know food costs and I make Thai tea at home often, it costs less than $2 . We won't return because it was average and being handed a glass that was 1/4 empty was a surprise and being charged $1 per glass to get a full glass was done I paid the $2 but she didn't get a big tip. read more

Decided to make a quick stop in Elk Grove on the way to Tahoe and stumbled upon Cane Corner. I would have to say the greatest bev of the whole trip! My friends and I ordered around 7 drinks. My favorite was the Watermelon Cane. (Fresh Sugar Cane Topped w Fresh Blended Watermelon). All were amazing and tasted fresh! You were able to see the workers press your cane to order. I am so so happy that we finally have a sugarcane focused spot in Elk Grove, I know there's another in South Sac but they close so early and their sugarcane drinks are usually a hit or a miss. I mentioned that to them and the next few times I went it was much better. You can really taste the kumquat flavor and sugarcane. I also tried their dragonfruit sugarcane which was super light and refreshment. I LOOOVED the dragonfruit puree with bits on top. They also offer pandan waffles so of course I had to try them. I got both the regular and the durian. The texture is PERFECT. Perfect crisp + chewiness to them and the durian is an extra $1 but it was worth because you can actually taste the durian flavor. As for their service, 10/10. Super helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in we were greeted to all our questions. The ambiance is nice too.
