I can only assume shes the manager/owner considering she the way was talking to all the other employees and how she was dressed. I think she comes in randomly and has employees wash the dogs. No complaints about that. It's the quality of the cut. She charged luxury prices to buzz a my dog even after I'd brushed and detangled my her myself, TWICE, both times claiming she was matted, I took her word for it the first time because who am I to tell a professional how to do their job. but after the second time she just buzzed my dog for no reason and blamed matting (which I know is untrue) we went to Petco and got the best groom for a reasonable price, not only faster, but she looks amazing!!
