This is an odd one. Service: A+ for smiles, -30 for actual help. Reason being, is that when I came in everyone greeted me with smiles. The reason the service is questionable is because when I came in, even though they smiled. No one actually helped me. Just so you know I was the only person in the store when I was looking A guy greeted me, then just told me the color codes for the product, and followed me around while I browsed but didn't offer any actual help. I ended up deciding not to support this business because while I was there after receiving no help and basically being eye fucked by the guy following me around, I noticed they offered (no one asked) for a first time 20% discount. Of which none offered me. So I quietly took my money to another business that had great customer service and actually offered assistance not follow folks around like a convenience store. The Bud-no clue The product layout- if you have sensory issues with being overloaded with clutter, then let this place pass you. They have a lot of options which is great but that selection of products is crammed in the glass case super tight together. The merchandising and displays need more than a little help. Won't be setting foot in here again. The place right across the street is light years better, or the Amsterdam place behind them is better as well. Choose wisely read more

Beware! They Lie! They're not honest. At least that goes for some of the bud tenders. They don't honor the prices on the website or the happy hour prices. They make up B.S. that contradicts what others have said at other times when I have been there. Scummy behavior! Unfortunately this isn't an isolated incident. This is the third strike (incident) of this kind to happen to me in the last 6 months. I'm done with you guys. Also, the percent THC is not correct. It's advertised as one thing, but when you get the product; the marking on it is several percentage points lower. Case in point, last bought some that was supposed to be 29% THC (advertised), but pkg says 26% plain as day. They all do. So why does the web say 29%? It's not like a slip of the finger type-o. It's very misleading...false advertising territory, and not the first time this has happened too. So just beware of these guys. read more

This had to be one of the worst experiences in a dispensary. I got a cart looked directly like brown piss, I take it back to get it exchanged. General manager sits there and argues that all the carts are going to do that cause of the "heat". My question is "what heat"? It had been in there building sitting in the AC, then directly into my car with AC!! I took it back within 10 minutes so I'm unsure how that was from heat. She continues to argue and I just say "so can I get a refund or not" finally she allows me to exchange but tells me "if this doesn't work then we can't exchange anymore or do refunds cause it's not our fault" I've never heard of that at a dispensary. If I'm spending my money anywhere I except it to be what I paid for not half assed. I then got the cart shown in picture and this was over half full when I went to bed last night and wake up to it completely leaked out. Biggest waste of money Maybe have better customer service and a nicer attitude. Go across the street there's two other dispensaries there 10x better. read more

I went in last week and was told that lil Ray's lemonade drinks were $10 in store on Mondays, $12 the rest of the week. So I waited until Monday and went in, only for someone to tell me that they only have 20% off deals online. Either someone didn't properly communicate the Monday deal to this employee, or the employee didn't properly acknowledge the deal I was referencing, but they made it out like the deal I was talking about never existed. They need to do a better job communicating with each other over there because that has always been my go-to store. But I'm not sure if I'll be buying from there at all anymore. read more

3rd time giving them a try. 3rd time they gave bad service. I got 'green crack', which I went in wanting a half oz, he upsold me a full oz. Fine, but I explained I only wanted sativa. I get the bag home and the label says 'green crack' but it's an indica hybrid. I look online, it says it's sativa. So I call. The woman says oh well, it's mislabelled. Ok. That's really not ok. Is it indica, and not the correct brand label. Or it is green crack, and their description is not correct. Isn't this stuff regulated. You can't be ok with mismarked when it's medicinal!!! I came in to get an indica preroll around 5:20ish on 9/16 and asked specifically for a "Indica Diamond S infused preroll" and the lady attendant repeated back "indica" and rang me up and I tipped $3 because that's being polite. I went out to the car and realized the preroll says "Sativa". So I go back in and asked if they had an indica one and this is where the same attendant girl says yes and implies that I have to pay for another preroll when I originally said "INDICA" and NOT SATIVA. "We're not supposed to exchange them" so it must just be good business practice to give customers the wrong thing so they have to buy something else... OR... you just don't listen aaaaand somehow that's my fault???? Nice going.... I will not be returning... Do yourself a favor review reader and go to Sativa Sister's or Greenfield... read more

I had a very negative experience when visiting your store on April 10, 2023. I was waited until Monday to order my purchase so that I would get the 20% discount online. When I ordered my purchase online the total was $116. When I came into the store to pick up my purchase, the very friendly woman that was helping us had to go and answer a question for another customer and ask an employee named Zac to help us with my online order. He went back and got it and scanned the purchases. When he was done he said the total was exactly $135. I very nicely asked if he could check and see if that was correct as my order online had totaled $116. Instead of being professional and looking through the purchases, he got upset and proceeded to angrily tell us about an incident earlier that day unrelated to anything to do with my experience or purchase. He was complaining to me about "an angry old lady" who was upset with him because her purchase was not correct. He went on to complain more but I honestly did not hear everything he said because I was offended that he was basically comparing my simple, polite, inquiry to some other "old lady". At the end of this very negative confrontation, I just wanted to get out of the store, and away from this negative, derogatory generalization and justification I was having. Therefore, I just walked away. without another word. It was very demeaning and embarrassing not only for me, but my family member who accompanied my there. Not only will I not be visiting your store again, but I think I can speak with some certainty that neither will the multiple family members I have who have been loyal customers for years. I'm giving 5 stars to Rick, not the dispensary itself. I promised him a review a while ago, and I keep forgetting. Overall Rick has been pretty great. He let's me take the lead, which is what I prefer in C4L because I'm typically in there for a specific brand that isn't carried at my normal dispensary. You gotta try more stuff, though . As for rating C4L itself, I would give it 2 stars. There are only 2 or 3 people I like to deal with because most everyone else is very sharky in their approach, pushing me to other brands no matter how many times I tell them what I want. Traveled from Oklahoma to see the North West. I Highly recommend this place. Excellent prices, and got a good Memorial Day deal on a three pack of pre-rolled. Went back for some peach edibles and their customer service was impeccable. Definitely coming back on our way home! read more
