After my family member spoke with an Area Manger for Mint the only remedy that could be offered after waiting months was an apology and a non expiring coupon for products at the store. My family member has not been back to the establishment since the incident. Offering products to an individual that won't be visiting your business isn't a remedy at all. I was in Bradenton to visit a friend, and while there, I decided I'd check out any kind of dispensary that I'd not heard of. This was at the top of the list, as there was only one review. Outside, it's very non descript. On the inside, it's neat and open with light woods, frosted glass and really nice employees. Always happy to answer any question. Finally! A dispensery with knowledgeable AND kind people Never once have they made me feel like I'm annoying with my 5 million questions and they always make sure I have all of the understanding I am after before we even begin working on my order. Tyler, at the Bradenton shop, is incredible I moved here from California a couple years ago and no one there could help me find the right strains for my medical issues. But THIS GUY knows his stuff and was able to break it down for me so that I could choose something based on what I needed medically. AND he can tolerate my shenanigans! I am beyond impressed.
