I went to Cannavine to make a purchase, and watched the guy scan a photocopy of my drivers license into the computer, when I objected and asked why they do that, he said to store a record on their files. I live in Colorado, and travel extensively for my job. In the past three years I have been to dispensary's in Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California. Nobody else has tried to store a photocopy of my Drivers License on their computers. I understand they have to check it to verify age, but there is no need to have a photocopy stored to their computer system. As a 20 year Information Technology Professional, I object to having my personal information stored in a photocopy format on their computers that can be easily hacked. read more

Just bought a Rök Vaporizer from this place and so far I am loving it! Got bored of taking edibles, so I switched it on over to the vapo. But not like those pieces of junk that use hella chemicals. This is the type that uses flowers and is way more natural and smooth. The place is super clean, too and the staff is super friendly. Though I have yet to find a dispensary that has unfriendly staff, cuz how could you be, when your are surrounded by all that herb! Yeah, hell yeah!! I still liked to stop by and show love to my once favorite place when I was around or on a day off until the terrible service I got this last time. Bought a preroll that is very expensive, I definitely know how to smoke a hash hole just somewhat lazy to make one, it was so stiff and did not burn just the outer paper. called them, they said to go back in and see what they could do so I did after driving 30 mins back home and instantly told me to buy a new one if I wanted to but they wouldn't do anything about the trash they sold me. Don't care about the money, wanted the product and lost a customer over replacing a 50$ hash hole. terrible. read more

I love jeeter and everywhere else in Ukiah sells the jeeters the one grams for 30 to 35 and the 2 gram ones about 45 to 50 that is a lot you go down to Santa Rosa they are cheaper, but I don't always wanna drive to Rosa. Cannavine is the only place in Ukiah that sells them cheaper than anywhere else in Ukiah. they're literally one gram is 25 out the door and the 2 grams are 37 and that is the most cheapest and I just love it they have all the flavors and the boss is amazing. I would definitely recommend going there it is amazing it looks very spiffy and the workers are very nice!! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service, rude salesperson terrible products. I spent $240 on 4 products for back pain and sleep that did nothing. I went back the next day for a return or exchange he rudely said "does a pharmacy do returns?" I said yes they do. The sales clerk told me he would not guarantee any of the products when I bought them instead of telling me they do not exchange or return. They obviously do not have solid products or knowledge. For pain relief I bought the Pappa Barkley resleaf Balm 1:3 -did nothing along horrible oily texture and mentholated smell. & Carter Aromatherapy Original cream 480 Che 15 mg the did absolutely nothing. For sleep WYLD gummies 5/100 mg. Needed 2 in order to sleep. Terrible place will never give my business or recommendation. read more

By far, the best dispensary from Northern California to Southern California and anywhere in between. Unbelievable quality of flower and concentrates, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and such a chill atmosphere. The greeters are friendly and helpful and the registration process was quick and easy. The sales clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. The Mighty Quinn Satellite smoke shop had a wide variety of traditional and more modern accessories. They have a variety of products for those new to cannabis or the more traditional smoker.
