Cano Health should be ashamed of Dr. Idalia Mendez, a Primary Care Phisician working at the 9555 N.Kendall Drive facility. She is arrogant, and insults the elderly. I know from experience because I was a patient there but never again! I decided to complain to Paula at the executive office but also with the Medicare board. This lady has no business treating the elderly like myself. I'm 73, disabled and have left Cano Health after sending me to another facility following my complaint. It is she who ought to be transferred but Cano will not do that. So they will not receive the fat medicare monthly subsidy because of this person. read more

Horrible service. Horrible organization. Currently sitting in doctors office and they don't know or have all my information to treat me. I am Being asked to wait to get my chart. I arrived about an hour prior to my appointment. Finally, I am now with doctor two hours later and doctor is not prepared to provide service. Another doctor walks in an explains that there was a mistake and they have two charts for me. They also informed me that I was was scheduled for the wrong appointment. Long story short, I said to the doctor that I am a patient and I don't know the do's or don't's of their jobs, but I as a patient I have wasted 3 hours of my Saturday morning to end up achieving nothing OR being treated. read more

Hi I have been going to Cano Health for 3 years now. Last week i called to have my prescriptions renewed and no one answered at the Pompano Beach location.Thats nothing new it happens all the time!! So I called the Miami # and gave the person my info and she said I was not in the system, couldn't fine me!! I had some trouble with a nurse a while back at this location and complained about it. Maybe they do not want me as a Patience any longer?? Guess I will find another Dr. Cant get any worse then these guys. Cano is a real joke, service is Horrible really bad. No one follows up , staff is rude, act they are doing you a favor. TH e shame of it is I liked the Doctor Perez. That being said this company is poorly managed No one calls you back ,no follow up cant believe they are still in business?? Dont waste your time going its not a healthy situation. eh. this location is great in the sense that's in the plaza and there's great stores around it. I scheduled my appointment at 10am and i didn't get seen till 2:30pm in the afternoon. The elderly people is the clinic main proprieties. i guess i understand because it's an elderly location but it's pretty insane. [they should def mention that before you scheduling an appointment] When it came to the Dentist i saw she was great! She took her time and made my teeth super white without even doing the teeth whitening. The wait played out but it was still a little insane. I would go back but for sure scheduling my appointment after 3pm to be seen. read more

I, have been going to Miami Shores clinic now that Cano Health Miami has been in progress a short time I, enjoy my visits a person that is over seeing the activity part Gabby, she has just been in this position since last week she goes out of her way to be helpful not only to me but others also. How she can make the activity fun and equal to each person according to their condition and how they speak convey their thoughts. I, was leaving this afternoon and she wished me a great evening. That meant a lot to me not having any family in Miami Fl. Also the other girl named Chrissy who now works in another division the reason Gabby is in her place she fit in as good as Chrissy. I cannot recommend this clinic, the customer of service is the worst or simply does not exist in the cano health clinics. They do not answer the phones and when one manages to communicate with someone is not well informed, there are telephone operators, but the clinics do not answer them, the solution is to leave a message and then nobody returns the call. read more

Amazing service, and the front desk is really helpful. They have friendly staff, and an upstanding service. I really recommend it.

This's my 3rd appointment and the waiting time to see the doctor is between 2 to 3 hours for 15 min visit max. Do they overbooked appointments? Do they need more doctors? read more
