When I called to let them know about our girl's hospitalization today, we were treated very coldly and unfortunately had to cancel her next visit and when I asked for our deposit back was told because we were in a 14 day window that they could not refund us, which fine, but please understand, we would have taken her back had she not been sick. A little understanding would have been appreciated. I told someone this facility was worth every penny, but now I regret that because. Cause the phone call felt like a real "screw you"

Per the USPS tracking, the medication will not arrive until a full 5 business days. It took PetSmart a day and a half from printing the shipping label to actually dropping the item off at USPS. As a large company, you would think that they would have a more efficient system to get items to the mailing facility. I understand the shipping policy said "most orders", but you would think that PetSmart would have enough sense to prioritize mailing MEDICATIONS but I guess in their eyes medications are not important. This was my first time ordering from you and it definitely is the last time. So you're asking what could improve? She would do a lap, jump out, wait for me to grab the handle of her life jacket and we would then walk back into the pool. She loved the ritual, but I was sick of getting out of the pool as I love swimming just as much as her - even if she is a better swimmer. So now she will do a lap, swim to Joel and lick his face, swim to me and lick my face and then push off from my body and head back to the stairs. She will then get out, run around the pool, only to return and do it all again. I have to say that this is not just about pleasing my Zoe. I love to swim and craze the ocean - golden sand, blue beaches and a cocktail. Oh, that's right I live in Seattle , not Sydney. So for now this is the perfect solution, our own private swimming pool - for an hour anyway!! (Oh, and Karen doesn't supply cocktails - I wish!!) * A word of advice to the novice. Don't think you can out-swim a dog as they will catch you and those claws make quite the pattern down a persons back!! Yes, some of us choose to learn from our mistakes!!
