They sold us advertising space that they were never approved to sell. The sales person assured us…read morethe organizers would allow our advertising but that was a lie. When they tried to make things better we were offered less valuable ad space in cities 4.5 hours away from where we were originally targeting. The cherry on top was they called me the incorrect name in the email they sent on the Monday that contained the same insulting offer I rejected the previous week. It's so clear there is a lack of care, proper communication or regard for respect anywhere in this company. AVOID THEM!

They still cannot give a definitive time for my advertising (that was paid in full on day one). After repeated assurances that this was forthcoming, I am the one left holding the bag.
