Their bife de chorizo and tira de asado are always great options. I would suggest making a reservation if you can. Yes, they tend to eat later in Argentina, but even during the first normal dinner hours, they usually have people waiting already.

They also have chorizo (obvio) if you're not a morcilla person. The french fries were great. Handcut and crispy without being greasy. If you're looking for a solid casual Parilla with great food at a good price, this is the place to go in Palermo. Also, I saw people picking up carryout when I was eating.
