They make your think they do a good job, but in reality the could care less about your child's well-being. I have worked in child care for a while now and this place is a joke in the business. I would never trust this place to take care of my child and you shouldn't either. I hope the new parents that have to send there kids to school would choose anywhere but here. This place is ridiculous, the teachers here do not do what they are supposed to and definitely can not take care of children correctly. These children are the face of the new generation and this is last place for them to get the care they need. I hope new parents see this and take into account all of the problems this place has. The owner is barely there and when she is the last thing she does is take care of the children.

We appreciate how Tammy has been all ears and open to hearing all of our woes and concerns. Three years ago we were on the waitlist to start our first and when there was an opening the communication felt very lacking and our gut instinct was to hold out. We are very glad we did and it seems the timing worked out how it was supposed to. The communication with the guides has been great and we have the opportunity to watch our kids once a week in the classroom. We can call in anytime and check in with what our boys are up to and looking over their daily pictures gets our kids talking about their day. So far our experience has been good.

The new owner only cares about the money and if you bring any issues/concerns up to her, you become the problem and are treated in a very hostile manner. Every month there was an additional fee for "catering" or "misc." we never once paid the agreed upon rate and we're constantly up charged for expenses which were never disclosed to us. During our time we watched all of our daughter's infant teachers leave, her two toddler teachers quit and multiple other teachers left as well. The new staff she has hired are constantly on their phones and are unfriendly to parents and the students. We witnessed a child left outside unattended and no report was ever filed as well as teachers yelling at older students. Our daughter and 2 other girls all started saying "hurt" and referencing their private parts. Do not under any circumstance send your child here if you care about their health and safety.

At the end of the day there is always a report card to let me know what he did, his mood, etc. he has learned so much from just the short time he has been going. My daughter started going to this daycare and everything was going good until about a month ago…read morewhen they decided to call me multiple times and tell me that my daughter had head lice.... However i treated her the first time and then went to several doctors and all told me she was good and had no lice and that it was dandruff because the rid was drying her hair and scalp out.... This last time when I even took in a doctors note they would not accept it and force help my daughter down to try and look in her hair all while my daughter was crying and screaming to get away..... They also told me that she still had lice but nobody else in our house or that my daughter was around had it.... And we were told nobody in her daycare had it.... I had a doctors note but because it didn't come from a hair stylist that it was no good and this came from the building owner. And on top of that the 2.5- 3 year old classroom where my daughter was before being pulled out, has 20 kids and only 2 adults in the room.....
