This was done before I purchased the home but emails with the company and city workers confirm that this was their responsibility to maintain for one year. During a rainstorm, water from the flooded street spiraled down the sinkhole and came up out the other end through the concrete they laid in my basement, rapidly filling my basement with 5 inches of murky water. The City of Minneapolis called this a disaster and PULLED THEIR PERMITS. The company has repeatedly said that water does not flow upwards and is refusing to cooperate with me. Someone please educate this plumbing company about water pressure. Do not hire. Go with a mature professional that will take responsibility for their work and not compromise your home.

They were higher priced, but promised a good quality job. Within 2 weeks we had to have them come back and re-do it because it was very shabby and didn't even cover some of the cracked areas. Well, it is now 10 months later and flakes and patches have come up. A large area, not just one small minor patch. So, we tried calling them back. I got a hold of someone and asked what their warranty on sealcoating was. The guy (the same guy I spoke to last year when I needed them to come and re-do it -- it was his cell phone number) told me that they don't do sealcoating anymore and that they stopped before he started working there. That was a lie. So anyway, we will see if they repair their shoddy work. If so, I may come back and change my rating, but he seriously said to me today "stop bullshitting me and just tell me what you want" in a snotty tone. I can't believe he would even have any customers at all with that attitude. I hope that others will see the light and realize they deserve to be treated as a real customer, with respect and gratitude. I don't understand why any type of contractor would have such a poor attitude. If I meet a contractor that is pleasant to work with, does a great job at a fair price, I will tell EVERYONE about him, when I get the chance. I just hate people screwing with me.
