We had a terrible experience with this company. Let me just say first of all that I source and manage vendors for a living so I am familiar with what is fair to expect of a company you hire to do a job for you. They took several weeks longer than promised to get our canvas back to us the first time. I was out of town, so my wife paid the bill and picked up the canvas. When we opened it up we were surprised to learn that they had only done a third of the work but charged us the same price range we were originally quoted. We called them and arranged to drop it back off for them. They didn't even look at it for another two weeks. When they finally did look at it I was told there was nothing wrong with the canvas and they wouldn't be doing more to it. I told them I was still unsatisfied with it and that they didn't complete all the repairs discussed. They said they had decided not to and that the canvas was fine. I asked for a partial refund so I could hire someone else to complete the work and they refused.
Like I said I am very experienced in working with various contractors, vendors, and companies to complete all kinds of work or jobs. This is definitely one of the most unorganized and unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more
