Been a loyal customer for years - my loyalty was repaid with a 30% increase this year with no…read moreaccidents, tickets, etc. - Ever (45% over 4 years) When I called in disbelief - they were clearly coached to blame the state commissioner since he had approved up to a 30% increase. It was not an order - you didn't have to raise them - especially for good long-term customers. The people were nice enough about telling me "Tough Luck" Took it as a sign and got the same coverage elsewhere for 37% LESS on the same day. Allstate gouging loyal customers shows that they have zero loyalty to us. We are just ATM's to them. My suggestion is to avoid Allstate entirely.
