Use to look forward to my appointments here but ever since a new front office secretary by the name of Myra came in and started working with this dental office the visits become les and less pleasant not to mention the secretary and her snobby attitude. And her poor office scheduling skills.. I asked for an upcoming Friday and she scheduled me for a next Friday... I rearranged my whole week schedule to make that appointment happen and ironically they have a "broken schedule fee" of about 50$ and if they brake an appointment and inconvenience their patients that fee doesn't apply for them. Ironic isn't? -Rules for thee, but none for me- as they see it. Apparently the Drs time is the only one that matters here.. read more

Let me just start by saying the staff are very kind and courteous. I work in LA and have had quite a drive back to Corona for my appointments but they have always worked with me even if I'm a few minutes late. Dr. Banerjee is skilled and efficient and has made sure I'm comfortable every step of the way. She also takes the time to explain what the issue is, what needs to be done, and why. Went in for a crown, it arrived a week later and fits and looks excellent. No judgement from anyone, it's been years since I've had any work done and I don't usually love going to the dentist, but they have all been nothing but kind. Let me say that I typically choose my health care providers very carefully. Well, I think I chose the right dentist out here in Riverside. The office is very clean and staff are friendly. I scheduled a deep cleaning and it went well. I barely felt anything and Dr. Banarjee was fast. I love that she also provided an antibiotic solution afterwards. I cannot recommend this dentist based on my experiences. Over the course of my visits, I have repeatedly run into issues with both the quality of care and the recommendations given. For example, the same tooth has had to be fixed four different times, which raises serious concerns about the consistency and reliability of their work. In addition, whenever I've had a cavity, their first recommendation has been to pull the tooth entirely rather than consider less invasive or more appropriate treatments.i now have 8 missing teeth Beyond that, it often feels as though unnecessary procedures are suggested at nearly every visit, making it very difficult to trust whether the advice is in my best interest or simply a way to generate more business. The overall environment is also far from comfortable--there is little effort to explain procedures thoroughly or to help patients feel at ease, and the care comes across as rushed and impersonal. Dental care should be about transparency, trust, and long-term health. Unfortunately, I have not felt that here, and I would strongly encourage others to seek out a dentist who demonstrates more skill, honesty, and patient-focused care. read more

Not pleased at all about my experience with this dentist. The dental office is nothing special with equipment that probably hasn't been upgraded for several years. Also the waiting room is pretty bland and not fun to wait in during summer because they are stingy and don't turn on the ac for some cool are for their customers they supposedly care for. In addition the front desk needs multiple people to be working at all times because it's not fair for one person to be doing all the different tasks that require multiple people. My experience with checking in was not so good the last time due to a lack of staff working at the front desk. Not to mention the lady at the front looks tired and overwhelmed. Switching things up, let's talk about service of work. The dental hygienist are not all well trained and do not practice proper hygiene. I noticed this when one hygienist didn't always wash hands and were gloves when need be. As far as dentist, she was ok at her job, but not very good at following up with patients in regard to needing teeth cleaning every so often. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because I feel like they just see the patients as $$$ and not as someone who needs a service provided and helps keep your business open. read more

I have the worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist. It's embarrassing and annoying, however, Dr. Banerjee handled my visit with pure grace. I came in for a cracked tooth that ended up getting infected. Unfortunately, this required antibiotics and the tooth to be extracted. He communication during the process was comforting. Her front office staff was extremely pleasant and helpful from the moment I called for the appointment, which they were able to get me in rather quickly. My recovery was easy too! I am so grateful to have my forever dentist, even if it means driving an hour to come to her office! A friend referred to Dr. Banerjee a couple years ago. I went and was happy. Then unfortunately they didn't take my insurance after the new year. After bad experience at another dentist and new insurance I was able to go back. Everyone is very professional. You're greeted warmly. They go over all options for care and what your insurance will cover. They are gentle and very caring. Aleyra is the best too. She's the dental assistant and treatment coordinator.
