Husband was seen and initially given a temporary filling and told he would need a root canal. He…read morewas told the filling would last a week to two weeks. They scheduled a full examination for 16 days later at which point they would schedule a root canal. The dentist told him he should be out of pain within 2 days and if not to get ahold of them. A week later, he was still in pain and called the scheduling service. They left a message with the Twin Falls office. Twin Falls office made an attempt to call him back and he missed their call because he was at a spot at work where he could not answer his phone right then. No other attempts at contact were made. A week and a half later his pain became so bad he could not stand it. Multiple calls to the scheduling service resulted in being told repeatedly that they left a voicemail with the Twin office and finally receiving a call from the Idaho Falls office. Idaho Falls office offered to schedule him an appointment for the 21st. He already had one scheduled for the 15th, why would he reschedule at a later date? I started reading reviews and saw that after the bad reviews they were told to call the member services. I called member services and explained the situation. After a 36 minute phone call, she informs me that she just found out the twin office is closed. If the twin office closed, it would probably be helpful for the scheduling service to know that. Also, even if the temporary filling had lasted 2 weeks, that wouldn't have even made it to his next appointment and a root canal still hasn't been scheduled.

I do not know what guarantee means. 18 months after the 3rd procedure, this allegedly repaired tooth abscessed, and when I pushed on my swollen gums- the tooth finally fell out of my mouth. In reality, I could have had it pulled for 100 bucks rather than pay 1000's and endure the hassle I went through. It has been many years now, I sure hope Pulsipher has improved. I still have a big gap and a missing tooth. Best of luck if you land here. I've been getting my teeth done in Los Algodones, Mexico. And my dentist really does guarantee her work.
