He is prompt, friendly, goes out of his way to try to get to you asap in an area where service is hard to come by, fair, and gets the job done right. Service #1: We had the control mechanism to our shower break, leaving it stuck in the "on" position. Lawrence was able to identify what we needed and fix the problem same day, which is completely unheard of in this area. Service #2: We had a clogged toilet. Lawrence fixed it. Service #3: We had a major leak in our piping flowing to the outside sewer system. Lawrence rebuilt it. Service #4: We had an "oopsie" with our garbage disposal, making it me think I had broken it. Lawrence talked me through pressing the reset button I didn't know existed over the phone. Problem fixed. Money saved. Lawrence could have just as easily come out, pressed the button himself, and charged me for it. Another plumber might have done that. Not DrainTech.
