Ive been trapped in a decrepit unit for 14 years and they wont let me move, they wont fix the leaks, they wont even mow the lawns here there is hay on the lawn and grass growing from the gutters on the roof. Sewage constantly coming from underground, not safe, not healthy units, no outside maintenance, walkways are dangerous, wires hanging down everywhere outside, People have no where else to go they should at least be treated with dignity but everything is left to fall apart with us and our children inside. read more

Very disappointed with .y experiences pleading for better housing for 11 yrs now I e had my name in 4 11 years, I call them often, still no place but I hear and see of others who just move hear from other places in NS who get a place right away I'm living in a wet dark basement and have alot of health concerns and including my pain dr and fam doc they say worse place to live. In winter because of only 2 tiny windows way up, I get no light, only light I get is from a 200 Oo SAD LIGHT I am very grateful to have a place to live right now but my depression is worsening, and my physical problems are so bad I want to die most days I can see if nothing is available but in 11 yrs I've seen ppl just apply, as a single person in a very nice affordable large place, brand new down the pier area Very very sad about this I don't know how I'll make another winter No day light in 7 yrs and I'm very ill read more
