Am a local and was at one time a once a week customer until I found part of a roach in my mashed potatoes.. Their solution was to offer more potatoes.... After not returning for a couple of years thought I would try again. This time I fished up a long hair tangled up with the second bite of very good collards. I will not be returning, nor, as a local business owner, will I be recommending Cape Center to my customers. It's not just the apparent unhygienic conditions, but this restaurant is charging outrageous prices for substandard, low quality food. Locals are onto them, but it's a shame they are in a position to reel in unsuspecting travelers. read more
