They were heavily altered, AI-generated renderings that materially changed the appearance of the property. Lighting, colors, finishes, and spatial proportions were all distorted. In several cases, elements were added, removed, or modified in a way that did not reflect reality. The result was a set of images that were not just enhanced, but inaccurate and unusable for marketing. We raised these issues clearly and requested corrections, but the problems were never resolved. We then requested the original, unedited photos so we could salvage the shoot ourselves. Pinnacle refused to provide them and would not correct or redo the work. After one of our team members left a review reflecting this experience, Pinnacle responded by posting a one-star review of our business, despite never being a client of ours. That kind of retaliation is unprofessional and speaks to how they handle legitimate criticism. In those same public responses, Pinnacle lied that the requested edits had been completed. That was not the case. The same problems remained, and no corrected versions were ever provided. Real estate marketing requires accurate, true-to-life representation of a property. This was the opposite of that. Any real estate professional would be wise to steer clear of this company.

The company was referred to me by a friend, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I first called, I explained what I needed and asked if they could match the Airbnb price I had been quoted. I sent over the Airbnb offer for comparison, as requested. The office manager confirmed they could match the price, and we moved forward with scheduling the shoot for the next day. However, when securing a time, they suddenly told me they could not honor the price they had just quoted. Their reasoning was that the property was 2,200 sq. ft. instead of the 1,600 sq. ft. we listed. I explained that our actual living space is 1,600 sq. ft.--the rest is outside patio space, which was not part of what we wanted photographed. Despite clarifying this, they still would not honor the original price. I even offered to go with just the basic service without the add-on media kit to keep the cost at the agreed amount. After that, they stopped responding altogether. I followed up again the following Monday and only reached voicemail. No return call, no email, no resolution. This kind of unprofessional business practice is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing.
