He has a sweat shop and his work sucks. He told me he was going to train me and didn't teach me a thing. He completely messed my life up and takes no responsability in his actions. Businesses like this should be shut down. And I'm going to do anything I can to do so. He prints things he isn't suppose to and pays under the table so is not paying taxes. I have contacted a lawyer and will be pursuing this in the next few weeks. He is a scam artist and needs to be shut down.

I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

She even postponed her vacation to get the shirts out for the cardboard regatta of about 115 shirts. I had another small order of 13 shirts and she helped me design the shirt logo for our craft club. I know others in Brunswick Forest have used Michelle to design and print shirts for various functions and teams. I'll be using Michelle as my go to place for printed shirts. Very reasonable as well!
