They took the time to walk with us throughout his immense showroom and explain the histories and details of his one-of-a-kind rugs, of which there were thousands. The prices of the rugs were more than reasonable, and Zaki is donating his earnings to an incredible cause - a charity focused on building orphanages and educating underprivileged children in Pakistan, where he grew up and has worked for years to give young people opportunities. They were having trouble getting the water to work in one of the sinks so they tried hooking it up to all of the sinks and scratched up both of my faucets, then they attached it to my washer to get water and did not connect it back securely so it leaked all over my floor and I had to pull the carpet up in there. What a disaster. They were rude too.
