I went to get a full head of foils and after waiting 30mins the hair dresser came and assessed my hair. She was extremely loud and proceeded to tell me in a loud voice in front of all the other patrons that my hair was extremely damaged and would not survive the foils.
Fair enough - she then told me that the Grab One voucher I had considered buying for these foils to be put in where only for regrowth and to do a full head of foils I would be looking at $280 + so beware if you were thinking of buying this voucher - it is apparently only for regrowth and according to the hair dress is written in the fine print - which on checking when I got home could not find.
Feeling very embarrassed, shamed and stupid I should of walked out at this point but - NO, stupid me asked for a haircut to remove the ends of this disgusting hair. I now have 2 hairstyles within one. Considering I must of booked for a 2hr slot you would of thought she would of offered a treatment or discussed what else could of been done. She was loud, crass, had 5inch talons of nails and was wearing a dirty dress.
If you ever want to be humiliated and embarrassed in front of other people - do go here. I have since gone to a reputable salon and had a consultation with a lovely and professional stylish - who did not embarrass me was understanding and came up with a solution for what I was wanting. read more
