My pain tolerance is pretty low & I was scared prior to getting the implants, but Dr. Shin was very gentle and he made sure I was comfortable during the whole treatment. I literally almost fell asleep during the implant session. Not just the doctor, but all of the staff - especially the front desk - are professional and friendly. They kindly remind you of your appointment prior, very accommodating with my schedule and they listen to all my needs every visit! Thank you so much again :)

The facility itself is very modern, comfortable and clean. You are offered water, tea or coffee when you arrive. That was a very nice touch! The actual technology that they have there is quite advanced and I had never experienced that before at a dental office. The dentist actually showed me photographs of each of my teeth on a screen and showed me the areas that I needed preventative work done. I've booked appointments now to get that preventative work done. I'm surprised that my previous dentist had never even mentioned some of the issues that this dentist was able to point out. I encouraged my boyfriend to also transfer his records from his dentist of 20 years to try out this new place. I'll update my review in case the procedures turn out to go horribly wrong however I doubt that will be necessary! I do not particularly like going to the dentist however they made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I also did the Pearl whitening there. It takes about an hour and involves a lot of waiting and spitting out drool every few minutes. But it works well enough and was only $99 since I was a new client and I had done a cleaning. Voila! While, yes, this will make the entire procedure more expensive (a lot more expensive) I feel very secure in the fact that I'm getting it done by people with a lot more experience. I'm in the final stages of having it done and am very happy with the results. Getting an implant is a time consuming experience and requires a number of rather invasive bits of work on your jaw. I could not believe how well they did in that I had less pain, less swelling from having a steel peg drilled into my jaw than I did getting regular fillings elsewhere. Everyone is very, very kind and very patient. I was able to ask all my stupid questions and they put me at ease with their answers. So again, it is going to cost more but you're going to be much happier with the result.

In my most recent experience, I witnessed her yelling at an older patient cause she walked in without her face mask. I understand Covid-19 protocols are still in place in medical settings but the way she yelled at the patient seemed very unacceptable. All in all, the Dentist and his Hygienists are amazing. The one receptionist sours the experience. She's always in a bad mood, she's condescending and rude towards patients. The one time, she was in a good mood and was obnoxious was when she was laughing very loudly with a male patient about hangovers. Very unprofessional.
