In addition to deceptive business practices related to billing, they also misrepresented that they were an approved vendor by our insurance company. After having these issues, we discovered that not only are they not an approved vendor, but the adjuster indicated that he had other customers who had these same issues. I found similar issues for Spotless reported to the Better Business Bureau. I recommend finding another company with a commitment to honesty to do business with.

What was really shocking was that they didn't put paper booties on over their shoes. Or in the case of one technician, enormous combat boots. They repeatedly walked in and out of the cleaned rooms in their street shoes/boots. They didn't put anything under the legs on furniture that wasn't being moved. Nor did they put any type of covering on the hardwood floor between the front door and rooms being cleaned. The distance of about 20 feet. As far as carpet, the cleaning was satisfactory. We have animal stains that they diligently tried to remove but were unsuccessful. These were old stains so I can't fault them. There are too many carpet cleaning companies in Lexington, I can't recommend this company to anyone.
