That was the only time either one of the two staff members said anything to us. We are a fan of Abigail Ahern. She needs to have better more customer oriented employees. I wanted to buy something to take home to the states. As I walked around the store, I realized I didn't want anything that reminded me of this place and the terrible staff.

I heard they opened a pop up between Habitat and Heals on Tottenham Court Road, maybe this will be better. The shop is small, and have only few objects, a limited selection of artificial flowers, and paint by AH. It really is the quality of the service which ruins the experience though. No salutations or acknowledgement you enter the store, the two employees on my last visit 2 days ago, continued their conversation for a long time, without paying attention to my friend who was trying to politely get their attention because she had something to ask. When they finally did, the lady tones was just too snobby or bored. As I said execrable. Buy Abigail's last book, so inspiring, subscribe to her blogs, choose some of her deep and rich colours for paint, but don't go to the shop.
