This is the worst doctor i could've picked. Ive been a patient for 3 years! Had an echo done…read morebefore, was told i have 2 valve mild/ regurgitation , murmur. This doctor even wanted sleep study, had me wear a heart monitor. Told me to not stress, to keep blood pressure down. My heart races to 118! Im worse than i was 3 years ago. She said to get annual echos done. So this year 2026 i go for my echo & i get jeff who didnt know how to do his job. He kept talking to himself, pushing on my rib cage, kept saying " im having a hard time". Needless to say he wasted my time. At the end he goes " i know they said mild but im going to put trace cause i had a hard time". Like WHAT?! You want to tell me it repaired itself? This makes no sense. They want to charge you for someones incomplete job. Than dr singhs nurse calls to tell me doc reviewed the echo and said i dont need to repeat every year anymore. Well because jeff didnt do his job! He couldnt even see! Just like that dismissed my heart condition. If i end up in a hospital i will be suing the doctor and dignity health for not taking someones previous diagnosis serious! This doctor doesnt care about her patients. She bills every 15 mins so if you are with her 30 mins she labels it as a long appt and bills way more. Dignity is a joke. Run to a different office! Fyi dignity! I did fill out the form. No one cares no one called or emailed me back

Inferior care and can't be trusted. This doctor is unethical. The reviews on Dignity web site are contrived and lack actual lower ratings. They do not post lower rating reviews!

Occasionally, the healthiest of people can find themselves in the hospital. A friend in the…read moreindustry advised San Juan over Folsom for ER care. More likely to get surgeon or other help during night and weekend. I believe she's correct. From the moment I blacked out during IV insertion until discharge, I was helped by people who know their field and are damn good at it. Being neurodivergent, the ER and hospital environment is mega-overload. I always disclosed my ND and all of my doctors and surgeons were patient and driven to see my health improve. Some of the people who left a very positive impression = Dr. Leslie Tamura. Advocate, calm, intelligent, a solid rock of the best hospitalist I'll probably ever meet. She made me feel safe, heard and assured I would be in good hands. Rutu, charging nurse for her acceptance, support and humor. Lilian and Marlon for being accepting, caring and relating. Renz and Billy, amazing nurses I could trust. Ken was a cheerful and lighthearted tech assistant. And social worker Ashly, a soul filled with the best energy a patient could ever wish to have. She's in the right field! If you find yourself in the Russell tower (older wing), penthouse floor #5, be aware the rooms can get hot on the southern side but getting a sliver of a view of the helicopter pad (had to get up to see) does give the brain something to masticate and reminds you that others are out there helping others (soul warming). Oh, and that hospital air filtration is impeccable. I also liked the garden on the "second" floor. It is peaceful. And the food, it is decent. I loved the grilled zucchini and white rice. The packaged lemon juice was tasty. I never want to see any of the staff or doctors again unless we cross paths at the store or at a really great party. But, if I ever must go to the hospital again, I will hope to see them or I hope that their cohorts ought to be as awesome as them. Note: cell, text, internet reception in basement/ER is nearly non-existent (not limited to T-Mobile). Their Wi-Fi may as well not exist. Send text messages with the time sent. If it eventually goes through, the other person will know the age of your message. Floors above ER should have significantly better reception. Bring your phone charged and with your wall charger including plug, not just cable. Bring flip flops, dry shampoo, fresh chonies, your preferred ear plugs, comfortable lounging clothes, and hand lotion if you like those things and may be admitted. Note: when you hear a faint nursery chime it means a baby was just born in the hospital. *warm fuzzies*

EDIT 4/23/26: Day after I left VM for patient grievance line, got a call from them re my issue w…read morethe birth clerk. Birth clerk contacted us later that day, apologized for the delay as they are short-staffed (her coworker has been on vacation?), and husband was able to get Verification of Birth Letter later that day. She promised to file our birth certificate with county. We'll see if we get our birth certificate on time. Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Original review: Just had a Csec at the hospital. Things I am unhappy about: 1. Night L&D RN Lorraine who gave me my Lt forearm IV which was placed with lights dimmed, doubt she could see well... and I told her it hurt but she ignored me and said it was normal. Shortly after the IV, she was gone so I think she was rushing bc it was shift change time. Well... look at my arm now after I was released. And it still hurt around the site and find it hard to hold baby on Lt forearm while being a Rt handed person. 2. The postpartum RNs were constantly changing... had some travel RNs there who were not clueless and didn't give me my pain meds on time. 3. Asked for Lactation consultant right away, told yes they will put referral but then the RN forgot...finally got seen end of 2nd day right before her shift ended. Did not care for the older LC bc she kept talking about cutting the frenulum bc it's causing my baby to be fatigued... but didn't even look at baby's frenulum... her frenulum is way back on her tongue (so she's NOT tongue tied)... "i can't make the diagnosis but ask the pediatrician". I think at least look at it before making the recommendation though... 2nd LC was much better and helpful but by then due to improper latch (all the labor and postpartum RNs said latch was fine) and lack of timely LC help,, and extremely sore nipples by then, I gave up on breastfeeding. 4. And this is what's making me finally write a 1star review- Birth clerk never came on any of the days we were there. Supposedly was off. We never got a temporary Birth certificate until, as I was being wheeled out of the hospital, we were told to sign paperwork with our daughter's footprint on it and we asked to keep that paper. We were then given this temporary birth certificate by the nurse who was surprised we never got the paper. We never got a "Letter of verification of birth" from the hospital w our discharge paperwork. My work is asking for it so I can have protected bonding time and... I have nothing. I can't add baby on my insurance either... called my OB office who told me to call postpartum office today (she was off yesterday... how often does she even work?) who forwarded us to birth clerk voicemail.... my husband and I both left messages.... never got a call back.... we call back and the clerk had left without bothering to call us back... We were also told by RNs that birth clerk would contact us to make sure all the birth certificate details are correct.... still no phone call... does that mean she hasn't even filed for us to get a birth certificate?? My daughter is now 9 days old! Did the RNs not hand off the birth certificate request form?! How do they not have a replacement for the birth clerk on days she's off and having LEGAL paperwork falling through the cracks?! I am extremely unhappy that while I am supposed to be enjoying my new baby, I am having to stress out about my postpartum leave and job remaining protected, all while recovering from a Csection. Highly highly disappointed in MSJ and will not be recommending to any of my patients or family or friends... And I called the patient advocate line that a prior review posted... VM. It's like no one on the admin staff actually ever answers their phones...
