This neighborhood is a nightmare. There are a few very nice residents, but most are loud,…read moreobnoxious, and rude. Management is a joke, they will use any excuse to fine you, or they give you less than 24 hours to fix something before trying to charge you "maintenance fees."

We have been harassed over and over and over and the front office manager. Jill takes everybody…read moreelse's side but ours and we are doing nothing but trying to make the community better by having our lights that are super pretty and the Facebook for Medow Creek moms said that there's a lot of people on there that absolutely love. Our lights said they would take a petition if they needed to And Jill is rude. Every time I call she's yelling at us. She's already told us to turn them down so we turned them down. Then she said to turn off the the matrix in the back after 10 o'clock so we turned that off then she said over the phone that make it a solid color after 10 so we did that and now she's saying she wants them off at 10 o'clock we put so much time into this and so many people in the area talk about how pretty the lights are in Medow Creek. It actually brings people to Medow Creek and it shows them that you guys have places for sale and for rent and then they want to come in they want to rent because the community is nice but the lady in the office is not very nice neither one of them they are doing they're very condescending they take everybody else's side, but ours if you don't believe me come look at our lights after 10 o'clock at night and tell me it's not beautiful because I've had so many people in the park. Tell me how beautiful it is and then we live across from the clubhouse and the girl in the office goes. Oh I can see your lights on the clubhouse. Of course you can if I look out the window I see the clubhouse if you don't see my lights from the clubhouse my lights are not doing the lights are supposed to do.. I am so sick of being harassed. There is nothing in our lease. We own our place that says that we cannot have lights and we did everything she wanted us to do. We turned them down. We turn certain ones off at night we have change the colors for them. We have done everything they just don't care. Nobody is ever happy when it comes to the front office and they're picking and choosing who side they take and we've been harassed since we put up our deck before we put u our deck we even got complaints on the color of my flower buckets. If you look at the picture below the yard around my home is pitch black. That because only my home is lit up. Been here 11 years and this is the worst manager we have had.

This is my second stint in Meadow Creek total time living here has been about 9 years…read more There is new management in place and they are trying to right the wrongs of previous management who did pick and choose the rules they wanted to follow. Meadow Creek has been adding new homes for the past couple of years and there has been improvement. As far as owing the Village back water bills, I'm sure there was a Backdoor deal between the Village and Meadow Creek at some point. But the political climate has changed in the Village and now Meadow Creek residents are getting screwed. I'm not sure why people think the roads are in terrible shape because they aren't. As far as winter and the streets being plowed I haven't had a problem with that. Nice pool.
