Showed up, collected a check for $220 and told my mom the fridge needed a new fan motor. He returned with the part, told her she didn't need it because the noise that the fridge was making disappeared, and left the part there uninstalled and collected another $50 in cash to check another fridge in the garage that had stopped working some time ago, informing me that there was a freon leak and referring me to PC Richard Scratch and Dent to get a new one. In the process, he was abusive to my mother's aide, pushing her aside when she was trying to help clear room so that he could work, causing a hand injury, and going so far as to tell her he would "call immigration on her. " I called him back and politely asked that he return to the home and finish his work after already having paid him, requesting that he fix a leak at the back of the kitchen fridge causing a crisper drawer to freeze and get stuck. He assured me he could fix this, and returned with a new evaporator, but refused to take a check from my Mom made out to his business, and promptly left the home, fridge in unrepaired state, back panel wide open.
