Cleaned my vehicle for 2.5 hours. He didn't shampoo or deodorize my car, so it still smelled the…read moresame as when he started. The leather seats were not conditioned. Nothing looks to have been polished. There were a few areas I noticed that had not been wiped down. He used my water source (hose) and outlet in my garage for power. If you live in an apartment, he cannot perform is job. He dumped his vacuum out on the walkway, left all of my belongings on my driveway (a few pens and business cards that had fallen), mind you, there was a trash can in my garage that was easily accessible to him. and charged 150% of the originally quoted price for all of this. Given, my car was simply dusty before this with some dog fur. No dirt, no mud, just a simple detail. I could have gotten the same service at Crew Carwash, just a cleaning, for 1/4th the price. There is only two lines for everyone at the car wash so it keeps it fair in the first come first serving order. I always get the wheels and wax exterior package which also gets the underside of the car. I'll also get the express interior cleaning sometimes, and that is always pretty quick (under 10 minutes) once they start your car. Super salty cars beware: you might lose your bumper magnet if the salt gets underneath it!

I probably won't be returning. I had a lot higher expectations and was really surprised when I…read morereceived my car. I understand that the paint will not match 100% however, the match was probably less than 70%. I brought my car in to install a trim for my bumper and to correct a previous paint job from another body shop -Maaco. It looked a tad bit darker but the shade was not worth the price. They also painted over some trim, that was not supposed to be painted (black rubber). And not only was that upsetting, but my tail light had a chip in it. I took pictures of my car before, and I know where all the flaws in my car are, so when the owner denied it and said it was like that, I had to prove to him that the damage was not there before. I think any car owner would know where their cars defects are. The owner said he didn't know the cost of a taillight and offered to discount my invoice ~$90. How does a body shop not know the price of a tail light?!? I accepted only because the situation was already awkward. Nonetheless, a tail light is not $90... and I have to take time out of my day to install it. Hope this helps anyone decide to use this shop. Take pics of before and after.
