I chose Capstone Gutter Cleaning over other companies I interviewed to perform gutter cleaning services for a few of my properties because Nathan, the owner of Capstone Gutter Cleaning, was courteous and willing to explain his services and rates thoroughly. Not only did he do a great job cleaning the gutters, he also helped me out by taking some close-up photos of an area of my roof that was having some issues and explaining to me over the phone what he observed. Furthermore, he found one of the gutters hanging a little loose, so he screwed in a longer screw to keep it in place. I was very pleased with his work, and was glad to hear that he also provided other exterior cleaning services. I promptly enquired. Once again, Nathan was very courteous and very quick to respond to my queries; he provided me with a detailed breakdown of his rates-- power-washing driveways, stairs, pathways, covered concrete pads, chimney, patio covers, soft-wash deck. Nathan and his associate, John, performed these services well. They exhibit such professional attitude and conduct while on site--cheerful and polite, respectful of property and persons... importance points when entering a private space. To sum up: Nathan is reliable (ex. prompt follow-ups via phone/email and shows up for scheduled appointments on time), courteous and discreet while on site, competitive rates, and goes the extra mile when he can (ex. complimentary minor repairs, reports any issues that may be of concern). So I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed by the work done by Capstone (Nathan) that I had to to take the time to share this. Our gutters were so clogged before they cleaned them that we couldn't come thru our front door entrance whenever it rained. So I contacted Capstone. The first thing that I noticed was how polite and professional Nathan was. He was very prompt to reply and emailed me a quote. They came exactly on time and did an awesome job of cleaning our gutters. They cleaned the outside of our gutters so well too that they looked brand new after. They were very nice and did an awesome job! We've had a few rainstorms already and we've had no problems with our gutters. Also he charged us exactly the amount that he had quoted us, even though he even repaired part of our gutters that were broken. And they have such good prices. We've tried other gutter cleaning companies in the past but none of them compare to this company. We're so happy that we've found Capstone. I literally went through the business cards that we keep and threw out all the other gutter cleaning companies that we had tried in the past just to make sure I don't mix them up with this company. I recently had my gutters cleaned by Capstone and I am very impressed with the work they did. The gutters were cleaned, I had a corner piece repaired, and a leak which caused some water damage inside my house repaired as well. All this was done at the price quoted complete with before and after pictures to show all the great work and repairs done to my place. I wasn't there when the work was taken place, but my wife said the crew was very polite, very friendly, and did the work in a professional manner. One of the best things I liked was how Nathan was communicating back and forth with me quickly via email and he confirmed the date and time of the work the day before. Our gutters were a mess. I found Nathan on Yelp and was surprised at how great the service was. Nathan uses some sort of vacuum to clean out the insides of the gutters so they are far cleaner now than if we had done it ourselves, and the outsides are no longer green.
