Mike Hack the owner and his team are all these things and more. Polite and helpful they are a shining example of what a small local independent agency can achieve with basic good manners and hard work. It's not rocket science and should come as standard with every agency, but experience tells me that it doesn't. Great commission rates too. Try them out. You'll be glad you did.

While living in the property, they gave less than 24 hours notice and then turned up and illegally let themselves in, with no authorisation from myself. After leaving the property, they tried telling me I had to give 2 months notice and demanded payment of 2 months rent, when my tenancy agreement clearly stated 1 month notice. After leaving it, the property was thoroughly cleaned (much cleaner than when we moved in) yet they wanted to charge us to get a cleaner in. Now, almost 8 months on they have decided to misinform the council that we now owe a further 3 weeks council tax, despite us moving out. It never ends with their mis-management of the property and we still can't get away from them! Steer well clear if you are a tenant!

He breached his contract with me but continued to take fees that he refused to do anything for even though it was clearly laid down in the contract. He did not manage the property and I had to deal direct with the tenant who refused to have anything to do with Quinn & Co in view of the dreadful way they treated him. They take your money and treat you appallingly. I am glad that I am now well rid of this unscrupulous firm.

Hmmm, things here are not all they seem!…read more This company has a monopoly on bedsits and flats. A while ago we arranged to rent one for someone who needed somewhere to live quickly. Fast forward a bit, after he left I arranged to keep the key for an extra day so that an armchair I had loaned could be fetched. The next day my chair was gone, so we paid a visit to the office. In short, we had to call the police which magicly produced the said armchair, and a somewhat offensive phone call from Mr Wells. Not recommended.
