The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

The Groom Jay's Perspective: Before I started planning anything about the proposal, all I knew is that everything had to be perfect. I'm from Texas and my now fiancee Trishna is from California, but the surprise was going to be in Orlando, so I had to do all the coordinating from a distance. Elle was amazing in helping me plan - from the very first day I contacted her. She said she knew how hard it would be for me to arrange logistics from so far, and not to worry because she had my back. I had a specific vision in mind, which included putting up pictures and lights and flowers and decorations at the venue, and for that I needed details of the area that I couldn't find online. Elle actually physically went to the resort, took videos of the gazebo and photos of the archways to send me, and located where all the electrical sockets were to help me plan. Throughout the weeks leading up to the proposal, she would immediately respond to all my questions and requests via email, phone, and text. Not only was she super helpful, going above and beyond, she was also really nice and fun to work with. I also wanted to capture the day on video, and she helped me find a videographer who was also no less than perfect for us. As far as the day of the proposal and getting the pictures afterwards.. I'll let Trishna take that one: The Bride Trishna's Perspective: This was one of the biggest days of my life, and Elle played an integral part in making it perfect - I guess you could say my fiance makes good choices ;) Jay had a lot of things planned for the actual proposal so the whole thing took about half an hour. Elle was totally out of the way the whole time - I barely even realized she was there photographing us - so it still felt like just the two of us enjoying our special day in an intimate setting. After the proposal, we had family and friends who were secretly watching join us, and we exchanged hugs and "omg!s" and inspections of the new ring for a long time, but Elle was still patient. Afterwards, she invited us to do a photoshoot at the resort, and was very mindful of the tiniest details - making sure the ring was visible in every shot, making sure every strand of my hair was in its proper place, making sure our faces were in flattering angles, etc - and took plenty of time getting every setting we wanted. I thought I was always super picky about pictures, but Elle took it upon herself to make each shot perfect. I was still nervous about getting the photos - after all, it was a surprise proposal, and I wasn't dressed to my absolute best for the occasion, nor was I focusing on how I looked while I was listening to Jay tell me how much he loved me and asking me to marry him. But when we got the pictures from Elle (just two days later!), I was absolutely blown away! She did such an incredible job - capturing every single moment and emotion perfectly, almost better than the video of the proposal did, and somehow made us look like natural models too without over-editing. Downloading and sharing the pictures were a breeze, too. When Jay told me all of this only cost $350, I was shocked - such a great deal for elite standards of quality!! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer than Elle - there isn't one thing I could name that I wished she had done differently or better. My fiance made my day perfect, and Elle helped us preserve those memories for a lifetime and share them with all our loved ones. I booked a 2 hour photography session with OWP with hair, makeup, and design in her studio. I met…read morewith Olivia and Chantille a few weeks before my shoot. The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! My gift turned out better than I had ever imagined and the recipient was more than happy to receive it! I can't Thank Olivia and team for creating a very special, everlasting memory.
