I show her a picture of what I am looking for and she guides me to the fabric that I need. The prices are also reasonable and they have a lot of choices. However, there is one young lady there who for the 3rd time literally threw/tossed my change and receipt at me. Perhaps it's because I'm American or perhaps it's because she's having a bad day every time I come to buy fabric. Either way her nasty attitude is unacceptable customer service. I hope she one day finds a job where she's not so angry and rude. Her actions make this otherwise nice business look extremely unprofessional and bad. Vergoelst Reifen were wonderful, one of the service engineers stayed late to replace the tyre with a good one, checked the other side tyre and added air. They proved a true diamond for complete strangers who they knew would never be returning for more work. Thanks.

When I was young dad and I would do it in the driveway and store the spare set in the garage. Fast forward 40 years. Dad's in a wheelchair and we've got no garage. But no worries. We can just take our vehicle to Vergölst and they take care of everything including storage. And if you don't want to bother with taking your car to the TÜV, they'll do it for you too!
