STAY AWAY from them, I cancelled after three months, over paid by another months worth already, then got told I owed over £300 for an ''outstanding balance'' then I owed over £400, again, for an ''outstanding balance''. I told them I had calculated that I'd already paid 44% of a years premium when I should have paid 28% so why was I being charged an extra outstanding balance? If anything, they owe me! Even with a small cancellation charge that most insurers offer they would still owe me over £150. If they ring you up asking you to make a payment, or saying you owe money, ignore them, get their personal details and company name, write a dispute letter and fight them, as once you give them your money it is very hard to get back. They trade as 'the insurance factory'' or ''Thames city insurance''. Stay away, stick to known insurers, it's not worth the hassle for the perhaps lower premium. Oh, and they don't let you buy online, so the price you get quoted will had at least £200 added to it plus another £250 if you have to then pay it monthly. stay away stay away from this company, they have an office in birmingham, The Insurance Factory 1529 Stratford Road Robin Hood Island, Hall Green.
