POOR & RUBBISH COMPANY. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more Wanted my car washed on a Sunday and had to wait 3 weeks before they were free. Decided to book anyway based on reviews. I called 4 days prior to confirm appointment and I was told everythings ok. NO ONE BOTHERED TURNING UP to wash my car at the allotted time. 1 hour later after no contact from them I called up both their landline and mobile, no answer so left a message asking for immediate call back. The next day STILL NO CALLBACK to explain what happened, I called them up and spoke to someone who said I wasn't on the schedule but someone would look into it and call me back. NO ONE BOTHERED to call back. I called up again the day after very angry and was told someone would call me back in 3 hours. NO ONE BOTHERED to call back. I gave them a fair chance to correct the problem but they basically spat in my face. These people are a bunch of idiots who think they can treat customers like crap and get away with it. VERY POOR & UNRELIABLE COMPANY and appalling customer service. 1 month later still waiting for call back...
