I was not spending another dime printing and faxing documents to MDE. They are incapable of sending documents that can be electronically signed. DON'T use MDE!!! He couldn't even be bothered to originate a proposed loan quote with a full breakdown of the loan costs/fees and what my monthly payment would be. This is most definitely a huge determining factor regarding which bank/lender is the best fit for me and my needs. When asked for a breakdown of the loan costs, his response was, "I can't give you that answer until closer to closing." It was at this point I knew this isn't a company I choose to do business with and I definitely would not recommend them based off of my interaction with Paul.
