This is most definitely a huge determining factor regarding which bank/lender is the best fit for me and my needs. When asked for a breakdown of the loan costs, his response was, "I can't give you that answer until closer to closing." It was at this point I knew this isn't a company I choose to do business with and I definitely would not recommend them based off of my interaction with Paul.
