Came to the Clinic and the Receptionists were Courteous but that's where the the Courtesy stopped. Why did it seem that all the Women at this Clinic were curt and not friendly? I get more Courtesy at any cheap Restaurant here in El Paso. I have been working in the Health Care field for more than 30 years. Patients are our Customers and are in Pain and deserve Courtesy. Maybe I can't see their Smiles because of the fd eh Masks, but none the less. Dr. Darj the (barely) loose bridge would cost the entire amount of coverage, 3 grand. How convenient. I guess as a Senior Citizen any other repair will be out of pocket.. I was told that all the other work I discussed having with my last Dentist couldn't be done. Too many missing teeth. This was THE WORST dentist experience I've ever had. We drove 300 miles to get to this place only…read moreto be stranded in a different country with dental pain because they didn't want to do the disability accommodations we agreed to on the phone. There was a few red flags I should've paid attention to beforehand: First the bad reviews are baaaad. Second when you pull up to the place it looks empty and there's only one parking spot which leaves you still on the sidewalk. Third as soon as I walked in it was dark, stuffy, and smelled like cigarette smoke, which is NOT what you want to smell at a dentist. But still I decided to give it a try... Next we were met at the door by the guy you talk to on the phone. He was immediately EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING and so rude. We walked in with our air purifiers to plug in to our rooms which he agreed to on the phone days before and he starts talking in circles about how he wants us to be comfortable but also they aren't going to 'do things our way' (then why did you agree previously?). When we weren't giving in to his fake nice attitude and tried to ask direct questions about what he saying then he starts insulting our car, clothes, tattoos, just anything he could think of. He also started saying extremely ignorant things air purifiers and just going off about shit he clearly knew nothing about. It was horrible. All because we asked if the doctor and hygienist could wear a mask and if we could plug in our air purifiers. Like how are you in an empty and dead office and you're turning away thousands of US dollars because you don't feel like practicing basic health precautions? Anyways don't come here if you want to be treated with at least a crumb of respect.

I don't know if they've changed dentists or if the years have just caught up to them but they are not knowledgeable. I had veneers done here because I wanted a better smile. I went in with absolutely no pain. I had to return three times so they would fix the poor job they did. They damaged my mouth and ended up needing SIX root canals. They charged me thousands of dollars only to cause me extreme pain and damage to my teeth that were perfectly healthy before. Not to mention the time I lost at work since I was traveling from the US.
