Started out with high hopes for this company because everyone initially seemed attentive, professional, and eager to help. That changed very quickly once the actual process began. During our intake evaluation, the nurse suggested that I also apply to be a paid caregiver for my disabled son, even though my mother was originally intended to be the caregiver. Based on THEIR recommendation, I applied. I never even completed the training required to officially work for this company. Meanwhile, my mother -- who is an LPN -- was ready to begin immediately. Then I received a call stating my son's services had been denied. The person calling identified themselves as a nurse but somehow "didn't know" why the denial happened and told me to call the insurance company myself. When I contacted the insurance company, I was informed that I apparently wasn't even listed as an authorized representative FOR MY OWN SON, but they confirmed they had already provided the denial reason to Care Advantage. I called Care Advantage back and was suddenly told there was a deadline to appeal. Interesting considering nobody could supposedly tell me WHY the denial happened in the first place. Once I pointed out how absurd it is to expect someone to file an appeal without knowing the reason for denial, suddenly the information magically existed -- it was just "in another department." After being transferred around like a burden instead of a family needing help, I finally learned the denial happened because Care Advantage submitted paperwork requesting ONLY ME as the paid caregiver instead of my mother, the actual qualified caregiver with an active nursing license. From there, getting them to correct THEIR mistake was like pulling teeth. I was repeatedly assured the corrected paperwork had been sent. Weeks went by. Multiple phone calls later, every excuse was somehow the insurance company's fault. Meanwhile, the insurance company repeatedly confirmed they had no record of any updated submission whatsoever. Calls are not returned. Messages are ignored. Nobody communicates with each other internally. Nobody takes accountability. Nobody seems remotely concerned that families are depending on these services financially and medically. Because of this incompetence, my mother quit her second job to help care for my son and is now left unpaid while this company drags its feet and blames everyone else for their own failures. The lack of urgency, professionalism, communication, and accountability is honestly disgusting. Families seeking medical support for disabled children should not have to beg for basic follow-through or spend weeks chasing answers because employees cannot do their jobs correctly the first time. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever dealt with. I will absolutely continue posting reviews, filing complaints, contacting supervisors, and documenting every interaction until this situation is corrected. Do better. read more

I went as he recommended which was Every time I'd go to the Dr for Baby visits. Or 1 time a month until 28 weeks then 2 times a month and the last month of pregnancy every week. I slept amazingly and was walking around with no pain. Also he was able to diagnose my newborns lip and tongue tie and make recommendations to help with those. He's also adjusted my baby when she was having nursing issues and issues turning her head. Every single time we have had positive results. Our whole family has seen him and continue to go back. We cannot recommend him enough!

Dropped and left without the evaluation and was not given the liberty of being informed. There is no help here and management just brushes it all under the rug. Save yourself and seek alternatives.
