With four people swimming in the ocean and pool, sightseeing every day, and enjoying our vacation, we quickly ended up with a mountain of dirty, not-so-fresh laundry. We used their service twice during our stay, and it was fantastic. They picked up our laundry and returned it the very same day, clean, fresh, and neatly folded. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them! The best part was that I didn't have to spend any of our vacation time doing family chores. Instead, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our trip. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Cancún!

I get "island time" is a thing, but when you are paying for a service (either by the hour or by the day) you only have so much time in a day to use that service. Fiddling around in the office and not helping customers nor even sticking your head out the door and letting them know what the delay is amounts to just pure laziness. We would not recommend this spot if you expect timely service or have a plan of things to do on the island and want to get started on time. Folks inside couldn't have cared less that we were there. Just another face.

We had a flat and they changed carts no questions asked. The second time we rented the cart broke down and they brought us a new one and had ours ready in two hours to pick up since it was decorated for the Halloween Golf Parade. We have only rented from here so can't compare with other companies. We go thru Julio Efrain Zapata Alvarado on FB messenger. He is very quick to respond if we have issues. We pick up and drop off at the same place across from the ferry. Pro Tip: Get cart 34 like in the picture. Fasted cart on the island!!!! Don't ask me how I know!!!

Alex picked…read moreus up at our accommodations & drove us to both of our adventures, educating us about the local culture/geology/wildlife/local cuisine! Our first adventure was JUNGLE MOUNTAIN BIKING to a remote Cenote. I am always happy bicycling but the mountain biking thru the jungle terrain and rural roads was an adventure of a lifetime! The Giant mountain bikes were perfect for navigating over the coral rocks until we got so far into the jungle that we had to leave the bikes behind....and hike into the remote Cenote. Swimming/snorkeling in the Cenote was a lifetime triumph! We also travelled to the beaches of Akumal to see a turtle sanctuary and enjoy the beach. The water was too rough to snorkel but it was fun trying. I loved stopping at the recommended places that our guide suggested.
