We started using Caribbean Pool Service 2 years ago, we live in Simsboro, LA. I was having problems with algae and needed a new booster and sand replaced. Since then, we haven't had any issues at all with our pool! They come out weekly, even in the winter, and clean and add chemicals to our pool. They are reasonable and do a fantastic job!! We recently had a small issue with a pipe and we called them on Monday and by Tuesday it was fixed and they immediately sent out the guys to clean it. We just love this pool company!! Dependable, excellent customer service, and worth every cent!! When we were trying local companies I felt like we got the run around but these guys are GREAT!!! They look you in the eye and mean what they say and do what they say they are going to do (rare now sadly). We are always given many options on how to handle whatever is going on with our pool from least expensive to most expensive. They even let me know to buy a pool sentry so I didn't have to manually add water. I truly can't rave enough about this company. Try them you will see for yourself! read more
