I was always impressed with their customer service. The lady in the morning offered to let me in before they were open in case I had to get to work earlier! Now THAT is customer service. I also left a pretty expensive bracelet, and they saved it and contacted me to let me know I had left it there. It is a little on the pricey side, however. That's my only complaint!

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I told them i only wanted 1 session. Really awesome part was 1st tan is FREE!!! If I would have had to pay it would have either been 6 or 7 dollars depending on the bed!!! What a great price. Will definitely stop back by when passing through!!

They have always been more than happy to do whatever it takes to ensure that I feel valued as a customer. Most recently I messaged CT through Facebook with a problem that was in no way caused by them. They responded the same day and went out of their way to help me. Go tell the girl at the counter and she said well just go into this bed (and gives me another bed, which I didn't want). Go into that bed, undress and go to lay in the bed and see there are black hairs on it. I have bleach blonde hair. This is just gross. Sad I have to bring my own cleaning stuff and do it myself because like I said, this isn't the first time.
