I've had such wonderful experiences taking my grandson to Caring Hands. Dr. Wilson and his medical assistants are always professional, kind, and I feel like they truly listen to our concerns. We recently had to use the urgent care, and again, everyone was very professional and caring. We were seen by Grover Compton, PA-C, who took great care of my grandson, and a medical assistant (a young, petite blonde) who was absolutely fantastic with kids. I wouldn't recommend Caring Hands Health Care Center since they don't know how to take care of there "Patients" all they do is take are money and take off on Vacations because the so called Doctor I had did all the time. I wouldn't have given Caring Hands one Star but I had to so I can warn others how they really are I would have given them Negative 5 Stars. Don't waist your time or Money with Caring Hands because they are "Not" very Caring and don't Listen to there Patients at all they just want your Money and that is it trust me. read more

Quality of care and affordable prices. The pharmacy is the cheapest in town. I recommend them for all your healthcare needs.

I would strongly urge anyone to never walk through the doors of this building. Yes you will get lower cost Healthcare but you also get a load of crap from the staff that work there. I can't tell if they're all just super stressed out or if they just really hate their jobs that much. I saw several urgent care providers along with my regular providers. I finally had to leave the clinic because my mental health deteriorated because they failed to hire new providers and didn't tell anyone so you had an appointment you showed up for it just to be told that you didn't have a provider!!! At the time I was having big mental health struggles and the last thing I needed was to lose my provider. My PCP refused to fill my prescriptions for anything but 30 days even though Medicare will pay for 90 day prescriptions and none that I was asking for were controlled substances. The final straw was when my physical health went down so far that I ended up going to a new provider to find out what was going on only to find out that I was on a drug that I should have never been given due to my allergies. Thank you Warren Clinic for catching the error that caring hands created. You do have staff in there that love their job for instance Logan at the front desk is amazing he will listen to every word you have to say will take on any task that you have and complete them, he is a man of his word!!! However, the pharmacy staff are awful the way they run the pharmacy the way they act in the pharmacy and the way they treat you from that window are all completely inappropriate. It is that pharmacist little Fiefdom & he relishes the control that he gains from his title. Which would be great if he was actually good at his job. Awful dental people. If you dare have needs that go against what the nurse or head tech automatically decides based on her and not your needs then you are the problem and are bad. I kid you not on this. Then there will be discussion about once you leave and they call your primary care nurse to tell them you are bad. Never seen or experienced anything like this behavior at any other facility. Arrived thinking it was a decent place with decent employees. Wrong. Not worthy of your trust or your time. You had certainly better be a good advocate for yourself or it will be decided for you for their profit and not for your best interests no matter what they say. I will never step foot at any of their locations if it can be avoided. If you have to drive to Tulsa or OKC, do it. Don't come here. Awful nurse and techs or whatever they are titled. Never seen anything like this type behavior. Deceitful dishonest person. Think the worst one is the head tech or lead tech. She is not the dentist. Just plain deceitful and dishonest. Do not trust that individual no matter what. She is the brown haired individual who assists patients with x rays and the initial oral exams. Go elsewhere for dental work so you don't have to put up with that level of nonsense and bad experiences. There is a history with these women behaving suspiciously and clannish. Do not let your loved ones be alone with the individuals who work here. Document everything meticulously. read more

Never gives refills on medication unless you go back in. Also my Mom was told the Covid shot was free but was charged for it. Mom called many times and they said to disregard bill. She finally paid the bill just so i would not get it anymore. When I had appointments the longest one I had was about 10 minutes. They do have a very nice staff. read more

Every time I have gone to this clinic, I have gotten right in to see my provider. I received quality care. The providers are great! And their sliding fee scale makes it affordable. Highly recommended! read more

This place should be reported to the Medical Review Board. The Dr, Nurses, any Staff does not call you back. If you need prescriptions good luck because, they lose the paperwork. Or they say they you need to make any appointment. They are very unprofessional, DO NOT CARE about you. The place doesn't even know how to bill your insurance. They misplace paperwork all the time. Totally rude staff the doctor won't get off his butt ever he won't come in and see you he sits at his desk and makes his flunky nurses come talk to him. They screwed my meds then when I called them about it they tell me I have to make another apt. They were extremely rude to my wife. They actually told my wife that if she wanted on antidepressants they would make her fatter really WTF they called my wife "Fat" they better be glad I wasn't there. It saddened me to give them one star. I will never return and suggest any rational individual who cares about their health doesn't go there either. read more

Staff has been very nice to my daughter. She cannot afford insurance and the so-called subsidies don't exist here. The doctor has been wonderful to her. She has serious weight problems brought on by near-total shut down by her endocrine system and is leery of doctors as it is due to judgments and rude attitudes in the past. When my daughter had her first visit here the doctor (I actually know his name!) and his staff were very kind and compassionate-they even made both of us laugh. She is now totally comfortable with going there for check-ups. I am very grateful to the doctor and staff for making an otherwise impossible situation for my daughter-into a more positive experience.
