She was transferred there so they could monitor her and give her better 1:1 care. They get a star because maybe it will encourage them to up their game. She should have been transferred to the hospital the night before she died instead of ignoring her symptoms. You are quick to hand out the meds for patient compliance (and meds to cover pharmacy caused hallucinations) but not meds for illnesses that cause death.
