I made an 165 Euro order from this store. Today, after 1…read moremonth waiting for my purchase, I wrote an email to the store explaining the situation. The woman in charge (Wendy Ger Van de Leygraaf-Simons) replied extremely rudely I should forget my order and that the will not proceed to a refund if the delivery is illegal to my country. I need to clarify that when I ordered there were nothing mentioned accordingly for this kind of policy and their system allowed to make the order and pay for my purchase and of course the shipping. I called the store within 10' to clarify the situation and this woman shouted to me to go f*ck my self and hang up. This is the most stressful situation I've ever experienced and I will definitely move with a lawyer.

After my daughter had her first child while stationed in the Netherlands I wanted to surprise her by coming to visit and see my new grandbaby. Told my son-in-law the day that I would be there and to tell her you wanted to go to this toy store he didn't think she'd go, but I know my kid will always go to a toy store. I don't care how old she is. Flew into Brussels and took a train to Aachen. Spend the night there and sat across the street on a ledge waiting for them to arrive. A lot of times when you plan things like that it doesn't go as you want it, but this time was perfect. My daughter cried when she saw me. But seriously this is a wonderful toy story you won't regret going.
