Patty and Diane helped us find an architect and then guided us through the construction process every step of the way. Had we not had pandemic related delays getting our windows and appliances, we would have been right on schedule in terms of actual construction time, and we were pretty much right on budget with the exception of a few things we added that were outside the scope of the original contract. It was reassuring to know that Patty was on the job site daily, especially since we were not in town while construction was ongoing. The quality of the work done by all their subcontractors is excellent. We're very happy with our "new" home!

We met Patty at a Chamber of Commerce Luncheon & asked her about meeting with us. The very next day we sat down with Patty; she was very professional, easygoing, knowledgeable and addressed all our concerns. We closed our Shoppe on May 7 and after an amazingly short 6 weeks, we were able to reopen on June 30 for July 4th weekend. Patty was at the shop every day, making sure the project was staying on schedule & dealt with any problems that always arise! We owe that quick turn-around to Patty & her great group of Subs! He showed up right on time, gave solid advice to us on what to have done and offered prices that felt like a good value to us. He even told us to simply machine wash the covers on some outside furniture and save a bunch of money over paying him to do them, and he washed some small pillows with non-removeable covers at no charge. It took him 2 1/2 hours of hard work, and he never complained. He was very thorough, cleaning every area, including the furniture backs, arms, edges, etc. The colors of the carpet and the upholstory pop now, and the whole place ffeels brighter. Everything is so clean! We're planning to have him back again next year.

The woman that works there, Mary, does the drawings by hand and never explains anything or the options that you can have in the kitchen. The drawings are very hard to read and they have no written warranty. Even Home Depot can make 3 dimensional computerized drawings now days and offer a warranty. When I asked for one, they said that they have been in business for 40 years and no one ever asked for one. The first set of cabinets that were installed had slits in the corners and big gaps. They even tried to cover up one with white out and told me that it was due to humidity. The shelves were all scratched. They told me that the sales lady told me before we ordered the cabinets that this would happen. Why would we order cabinets in Florida that could not sustain humidity? Because we were never did or at least warned that they would arrive this way. They actually arrived with the gaps and they told us this was due to our air condition not being on. I had another cabinet guy inspect them and he was shocked that they would even want to associate their name to the cabinets. The guy that installed them left a huge mess the first time Then the owner strung me along telling me that because of all my issues that they were not going to charge me a middle man fee to install the granite. He then said to me (3 weeks later) that he would not work with me because he did not think he would make me happy but tells me this at the last minute as I had already had someone lined up that I had cancelled. Who would be happy with cabinets that have gaps in them after paying $20k for cabinets for a small kitchen and 2 small bathrooms and scratched shelves? He changed them out and said he did me a big favor by changing them out. I tried to explain to him that this was how they should have been done the first time so he was not really doing me a favor but he sure thought he was for doing what should have done the first time around. Not to mention that all of my other contractors had to change their schedule to work around fixing the the cabinets. Not one apology as he thought he was doing me a favor but correcting their screw up. If his granite work is anything like the cabinet work, I think we just dodged a bullet!

Screws were not supposed to come through the eaves. I could have had another company add a layer of plywood to prevent this at the same price. The owner assured me. Also had the paint been scored at the edge when the new board was pulled off the paint would not have 'ripped'. There was debris left everywhere. On the deck, in the pool, on the Awnings and gutters. Every rain was a new mess. It took three calls to get them back the clean it up. I asked about the screws but received no answer. It's been over 4 months. Use another company.
