Matt came in clutch when overly demanding buyer attorney would not release funds in a timely manner (his client was unable to close on agreed upon date - closed 6 days later - funds were held over 15 hours of release from their bank). We were already out of state and it would have been difficult to access personal funds given our bank is not located in this area. Matt called in assistance and the funds were released 30 minutes later. He understands the market and goes out of his way to promote your home. She scheduled showings for me of many different places in a scale of price rages and once she learned my likes and dislikes, she tailored her searches and really brought me to places I loved. When it came time to put an offer in, she advocated for me with selling agents and ultimately got me in the home I wanted at a price I could afford (in an unaffordable market).
