Bought it anyway and set up delivery and was told they would call when on the way. The entire delivery day came and went no call no delivery no nothing. I called at 6:45 and got voicemail that they were closed leave a message. I don't enjoy waiting for a we'll call you delivery time anyway but to just not show up or call? Can get that service anywhere so why go through it for them

I have read previous reviews on Yelp about Archer and was very shocked because this was not what we experienced there, we had excellent service.

Adel TV and Appliance looked at it, told me it all looked fine but the motor was worn out. Their estimate was one tenth that of the other two. They replaced the motor for exactly their estimated cost and it's worked perfectly since.

Our fridge wasn't cooling right shortly after setting up the icemaker/water dispenser. We knew the fridge wasn't getting&keeping cold enough to make ice & also fridge temp wasn't holding. Unless you want to pay for a service call to have them let you know the temp in the fridge & freezer & that it's probably leaking freon then DON'T CALL THEM FOR A REPAIR. I wanted it fixed NOT to be told what we already knew. We wanted them to come fix our freon problem & take care of it since the model was only a year old. Tami was completely unprofessional via phone & the not the least bit helpful or sorry to help us resolve the issue. The miss know it all needs to come to my house & remove my fridge & take it to her house. Good luck with that. What's the point of buying local without FREE service calls when you've purchased a whole kitchen full of appliance with them?! I will never buy from here again. The only thing that saved them is that WHIRLPOOL has noted this malfunction in this series of refrigerators, so they are sending us a new one. In NO WAY do I give credit to Adel Applicance for taking care of our problem. We could have called WHIRLPOOL & did that ourselves.

They claimed that the glass cooktop couldn't be installed as their signed contract called for. We had to buy a new countertop as their signed contract had the opening cut too large.... We finished instsling ourselve.... +$5,000. check other reviews before using these CREEPS.

My home warranty company assigned Central Appliance West to service my washer and dryer. I filed a…read moreclaim on 12/4/2024 with the warranty. My scheduled appointment was 12/14/2024. The technician called (did not come to my home) asked me many questions regarding issue with the units and told me he was submitting a work order. The work order enabled him to get an idea the home warranty would pay for repairs. He then told/texted me he would apply the 777.00 for both unit repairs to the purchase price of a new washer/dryer set. 420217/When I texted so I just pay the balance? He responded no that I would need to pay total price upfront and he would refund me the 777.00 when the home warranty paid him. He said he would provide an invoice/contract covering the terms within 24 hours. As of 12/17/2024 nothing. I requested refund of 130.00 service call fee and he refused. I would be wary there is no follow through.
